I get a lot of women in the store that want lose fitting clothing. We pack on the pounds and feel better when our garments flow. That is partly why different versions of "Boho" trends have stuck for the past few years in the RTW (ready to wear) market. We are making our silhouette larger. Flowing garments give the illusion that we are bigger than we actually are.
Did you know that one of the smaller parts of a woman's silhouette is directly under her bust? Size 6 to 26 most women are smallest at that point Add a belt or jacket to tame the flowing fabrics will help accent the smallest part of your body. This will actually make you appear smaller. So lets embrace the trends but still show our best feature "BTB" (below the bustline).
